A useful hierarchy helps people notice the offer, understand important details and find the next step. More decoration is not always more effective communication.

For local shops, institutes, professional services and teams that need consistent artwork across print and digital channels.
A useful hierarchy helps people notice the offer, understand important details and find the next step. More decoration is not always more effective communication.
Use an existing logo, colours, typography and layout direction consistently across materials. Creating a new logo or full identity is a separate branding brief.
A phone screen, shop banner and printed brochure have different viewing conditions. Design should suit the final size, content and production requirements—not only look good in a preview.
Design supports clear communication and consistent presentation. Sales, reach and engagement also depend on the offer, audience and distribution; no performance result is guaranteed.
Instagram and Facebook posts, product launches, offer graphics and campaign adaptations in agreed placements. Content strategy, publishing and video production are separate scopes.
Promotional posters, flex banners, flyers, standees, event announcements and festival offers. Final sizes, versions and production requirements define the work.
Service brochures, product catalogues, company profiles and coaching prospectuses. Agree page count, content, images and digital or printed use before layout.
Product labels and packaging layouts prepared against approved dimensions, dielines and vendor requirements. Manufacturing, structural packaging engineering and legal compliance approval are not implied.
Restaurant menus, salon rate cards, service menus and product price sheets with readable categories and approved pricing.
Business card design, letterheads, certificates and document layouts using an agreed identity. Template requirements and editable formats need confirmation.
A sale poster with clear dates and terms, a new collection announcement or an item-and-price graphic.
Collection launch creatives, product information sheets or an agreed lookbook using approved photography and descriptions.
Admission prospectuses, course brochures, certificates and event announcements based on institute-approved information.
Clinic information posters, service leaflets and appointment graphics. The business supplies approved medical wording; patient privacy and applicable advertising requirements must be respected.
Service menus, rate cards and seasonal offers that explain treatments and pricing clearly.
Menu design, price lists, takeaway labels and offer cards. Ingredients, allergens and mandatory packaging information require owner and appropriate specialist approval.
Authorised property brochures, signage and information sheets. Property details and regulatory statements must be supplied and approved by the business.
Service flyers, event standees, festival promotions and business stationery suited to the audience and placement.
These are examples of possible briefs, not claims of delivered client projects.
Agree pixel dimensions, platform placement, readability on a phone and the required PNG, JPG or other export. A post, story and website banner may need different compositions.
Confirm physical dimensions, image resolution, bleed, safe margins, colour requirements and PDF specifications with the printer. Specifications vary by material and production method.
A common direction can connect digital and print materials, but resizing alone may not preserve legibility. Additional layouts, copy adjustments and vendor coordination must be included in the scope.
A single poster, banner, menu or document can be a focused brief. Confirm the message, final placement and required exports rather than buying unrelated assets.
Plan related materials around one approved offer, such as a collection launch or admissions campaign. Agree formats, versions and content before production.
If you need regular creatives, discuss a defined ongoing scope. Quantities, formats, approval workflow, revisions and fees are agreed separately; there is no automatic monthly package or unlimited-design commitment.
Share the audience, message, existing brand assets, content and intended use.
Agree the visual approach, sizes, deliverables and production constraints.
Develop the agreed design using supplied or appropriately licensed material.
Review a consolidated set of comments against the brief and agreed revision scope.
Check wording, names, prices, contact details and technical requirements before authorising final files.
Receive agreed exports and any included editable files, with relevant usage and production notes.
PNG and JPG suit many screen uses; a properly prepared PDF is often requested for print. Vector or other formats are provided where the intended use and agreement require them. Confirm the actual file list before work starts.
Editable files are different from exported artwork. Their inclusion, software format, linked assets and editing requirements must be written into the agreement; they are not automatically part of every delivery.
Stock images, fonts, templates and other third-party assets follow their licences. Editable files do not automatically transfer a font or stock subscription; your team may need its own licence to edit or reuse an asset.
Agree rights to the commissioned design, permitted uses, handover and any third-party restrictions. Supply only content and brand assets you have permission to use; do not assume exclusive rights to licensed stock elements.
The quantity of designs, page count, complexity, content readiness, placements, adaptations, source-file needs and requested schedule determine the quote. There is no universal graphic design cost in India.
Confirm included rounds and what a round means before work starts. Feedback within the approved direction is different from a new concept, extra format or changed brief; additional work needs an agreed scope and fee.
Printing, installation, delivery of physical items, photography, paid assets, copywriting, translation and extra versions are not included unless quoted. Discuss recurring work and urgent requests separately; availability and timing must be confirmed.

The same message and direction can be adapted, but dimensions, viewing distance and output requirements differ. Extra layouts and formats must be included in the scope rather than assumed to be a free resize.
Where print output is agreed, we prepare the approved files to the supplied printer specifications. Confirm size, bleed, colour requirements and PDF settings with the vendor; a proof may be needed before production.
No physical printing is included by default. Design, printing, installation and vendor coordination are separate responsibilities and costs unless specifically quoted.
Only when the agreement includes them. Confirm the software format, editable elements, linked assets and licence requirements. Receiving a PNG, JPG or PDF does not necessarily mean you have a fully editable source file.
The proposal defines the revision rounds and feedback process. There is no published universal or unlimited revision policy. New directions, extra formats and changes to approved content may need additional scope.
Price depends on complexity, design quantity, page count, content work, formats, adaptations and delivery requirements. We clarify the scope and exclusions before quoting; fixed packages or rates are not assumed.
You can discuss recurring creative requirements. We confirm capacity, formats, quantities, review arrangements and fees before committing. Ongoing design does not automatically include social media publishing or account management.
Timing depends on the brief, available capacity, content readiness, complexity and approvals. We confirm the schedule for the actual request. Urgent work is subject to availability, not a guaranteed turnaround.
Yes. Supply clear files and approved wording you have permission to use. We review suitability for the intended size and output; low-resolution images may not work for large print, and replacement assets may cost extra.
Those tools can be useful for simple tasks. Professional design adds judgement about the message, audience, hierarchy, consistency and final production requirements. The value is the agreed thinking and execution, not a guaranteed sales or engagement result.
Yes. Share the current artwork, editable files if available, the intended use and what needs improving. We review readability, consistency and production suitability before recommending amendments or a fresh design.
